Personal Data Processing Declaration

Declaration on the processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “GDPR”).

(the “Controller”) hereby informs you, in accordance with Article 12 of the GDPR, about the processing of your personal data and your rights.

2. Scope of Personal Data Processing

Personal data is processed to the extent in which it was provided to the Controller by the relevant data subject in connection with the conclusion of a contractual or other legal relationship, or to the extent in which such data was otherwise collected by the Controller and is processed in accordance with applicable legislation or for compliance with the Controller’s legal obligations.

3. Sources of Personal Data

Directly from data subjects:

• electronic orders (e-shop, Aukro, eBay, etc.),
• emails, telephone calls, website contact forms and social networks,
• business cards, contracts and received invoices.

Publicly available information:

• public registers, the data subject’s website and similar sources.

4. Categories of Personal Data Processed

• address and identification data used for the clear and unambiguous identification of the data subject, including name, surname, title, permanent address, Company ID and VAT ID,
• contact and delivery information, including contact address, delivery address, telephone number, fax number and email address,
• descriptive information, such as bank account details,
• other information necessary for the performance of a contract.

5. Use of Personal Data

Personal data is used only in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected or on the basis of other applicable legal grounds.

6. Personal Data Processing Period

In accordance with the periods specified in the relevant contracts, the Controller’s records management and retention rules, or applicable legislation, personal data is processed and stored for the period strictly necessary to ensure the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship and from applicable legislation. A data subject may request deletion of their personal data by sending an email to the address specified in Section 10, Contact.

7. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

The Controller may disclose a data subject’s personal data to third parties only where this is strictly necessary to fulfil the data subject’s request or the Controller’s obligations. A typical example is the disclosure of the necessary delivery and contact information to a shipping provider.

8. Personal Data Security

The Controller takes appropriate care to protect personal data. Personal data is protected against unauthorised use, access or disclosure. Personal data is processed and stored within the European Union, except for transactions carried out outside the European Union in connection with international trade.

9. Changes to this Personal Data Protection Declaration

Partdeck, s.r.o. and Partdeck New, s.r.o. reserve the right to update this declaration from time to time. Each revision will state the date of the latest update.
